1. I Am Not Good Enough. 我不夠好。

I have dreams. You have dreams. We all have dreams, but there's always something holding us back. If it isn't money, resources, or skills, then it is a fear of not being good enough.

我有夢想,你有夢想,大家都有夢想。但究竟是什麼阻擋了我們前進的腳步?不是金錢,不是資源,不是技能,而是我們害怕自己不夠好。

2. I Am Not Worth It. 我不配。

A lot of self-sabotage happens because of this belief. Your beliefs can play tricks on you and it can be as simple as procrastinating and missing a deadline if you're a freelancer, or just missing a few vital goals in your life.

很多人自暴自棄都是因爲這個想法。有時候你的想法會捉弄你:從讓你錯過交稿的日期(如果你是個自由作家的話)到讓你錯過生命中的重要目標。

3. I Can't Do It. 我不行。

There are various forms of I Can't Do It-itis, but when you notice where it is controlling your life, you can take corrective action.

4. I feel bad about Feeling bad. 我爲自己的難過而感到難過。

Feeling bad isn't bad. We live in a culture where we are supposed to be happy and cheerful all the time, but that just isn't reality. When we try to suppress our negativity, bad things happen. Whenever I'm negative, I sit with it, breathe, and do my best to be present.

感覺不好並不是一件壞事。我們生活在一種要求人們時時刻刻保持積極的文化中,但這並不現實。壓抑自己的消極情緒是不好的。每當我感到消極,我就會靜靜的坐下,呼吸,面對現實,與這種情緒共存。

5. What If... 如果……怎麼辦?

You don't leave yourself a lot of options if you're constantly fearing the worst.
