健康生活:每週騎車一次進行減肥鍛鍊吧

Cycling is one of the best exercises that there are. Not only does it help to build muscles in your thighs, but it also helps to raise your heart rate which means that you will burn plenty of calories which will all contribute to your weight loss.

If you take a Moment to consider the world around you, then there must be places near where you live that are of stunning natural beauty that you could cycle around. When I started cycling, I only had to ride for ten minutes out of my house before I was in a place where you could hardly hear a car for miles around, and you could see the Welsh mountains on the horizon. I found that cycling is one of the most rewarding exercises because it allows you to go to places where you have never been before.

If you feel like it, you could even take your lunch with you and eat it half way through your journey. You should make sure that it is a healthy lunch though, otherwise you will find that you simply undo the hard work that you have done on your journey.

You don't even have to cycle every day to be able to feel the benefits from it. I cycle once every week, on a Sunday morning, and it takes me no more than two hours. During this time, you could burn a decent amount of calories which would certainly add to the amount that you've already burned during the course of the week. I always weigh in on a Monday morning, and I find that cycling on a Sunday really does help me with regards to getting ready for the next week ahead.

你甚至每天都不必騎自行車。我每週騎一次,在星期天的早上,花費不超過兩個多小時的時間即可完成。在此過程中,你會燃燒相當多的卡路里,這肯定會比你一週燃燒的量要多。我總是在星期一的早上稱重,我發現在星期天騎自行車的真的對我下一週的生活起到幫助。
