麪湯-一根面
It tastes delicious with thick soup and pliable noodles, enjoying high favor among people. It is said that in a scholarly family in the old town Nanzhao, the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law were not getting along well and squabbling with each other almost every day, leaving no peace to the family. The father-in-law, a well-read scholar believed it would disharmonize and dishonor the family if things went like this, giving others chance to laugh at them. He was wrapped in thought for a long time before finally finding a way to solve this problem—making the soup with one long string of noodle, for it needed cooperation and concentration to make such a long noodle; then the mother-in-law, daughter-in-law and sister-in-law gathered together to make it with concerted efforts. Finally they made it. While having the meal, the father-in-law said what they ate that day was one-heart noodle, and hence they would be of one heart forever. The families lived in harmony from then on.
它以其清爽筋道的麪條，濃郁醇厚的湯汁，深受旅遊者的青睞。據說，過去在南詔古城裏有一戶書香世第，家中婆媳不和，三天一大吵，兩天一小鬧，一家人不得安寧。老公公是一個飽讀詩書的秀才，總覺得這樣吵下去有傷和諧，有辱門風，讓街坊鄰居笑話。苦思多時，終於尋出了一個辦法，那就是扯麪湯，因爲扯麪湯需要多人合作、齊心協力才能扯得出來，於是老秀才把婆媳二人加上小姑一起叫攏，要他們扯麪湯，婆媳二人和小姑真的把扯麪湯扯出來了，吃扯麪湯的時候，老公公說：“今天我們全家吃的是同心麪湯，今後我們全家都要吃同心飯。”從此以後，全家人和睦相處。
