Not very often. I buy shoes only when it's necessary. For example if I go for an excursion, I'll buy some trainers.

My sister definitely. She's got a large shoe cabinet and there are tons of shoes in it. Most of them look the same to me. I just don't know why she likes to buy so many similar shoes.

What's your favorite type of shoes?

參考答案:

I'll go for sports shoes as they are cozy and trendy. I'll wear leather shoes as well if I have to attend some formal occasions. But after all sports shoes are my favourite.

Part 2 & 3

Part 2題目

Describe a film or TV program that made you laugh.

You should say:

What the program is

When you watched it

Who you watched it with

Why it made you laughed

The film I'd like to talk about is Hello Mr. Billionaire. You probably can tell it's a comedy from the title and indeed, it's really funny. I watched it with my friend recently and we were laughing out loud. It tells a story about an impoverished person suddenly inherits a large fortune, but according to the contract, he has to use up one billion yuan within a month, otherwise he will lose the right of succession. So he tries his very best to use the money in many ridiculous ways including investing in swimming machine and unprofitable industries. A swimming machine on the land, can you imagine? And the most hilarious thing is that no matter how stupid or how ridiculous the investment may seem, it can always miraculously generate profit. For example, the swimming machine has become a popular fitness equipment and those unprofitable industries got reinvigorated because of the cash flow. And you never see anyone who looks so painful after making so much money because the more money he makes, the higher possibility he has of losing the inheritance. All of the coincidences and contrasts made us burst into laughter. If you look for some relaxation, I'll definitely recommend the comedy.

1.    Why do children like to laugh?

Because childhood is generally carefree. Children, in most cases, do not have to care too much about the reality and do not need to take on heavy responsibility. So they are able to laugh a lot and laugh from their hearts.

重點詞彙及表達:

①carefree 形容詞:無憂無慮的

take on: 詞組;承擔

Eg: No other organization was able or willing to take on the job.

2. What do you do when you feel sad?

3. What kinds of things do Chinese people do to be happy?

參考答案:

There are many ways for Chinese people to be happy. For example, having a hobby is one of the approaches to be happy. Boys would like to do some sports and girls would like to go shopping. And middle-aged people would like to dance on the square to have fun together.

I hardly think so. Adults are to some extent freer and happier than children as they are more financially independent, but at the same time they shoulder more responsibility.
