“跟風”用英語怎麼說？難道是follow wind？
我們都很熟悉的一個詞--“跟風”，你知道用英語該怎麼說嗎？
有人可能會說，跟的英文是followe，風的英文是wind，那連起來不就是follow the wind嗎？
但“跟風”的意思可並不是簡單的“跟隨着風”，因此當然也不能說follow the wind。
“跟風”的實際意思是學習、跟隨一種風尚或潮流，因此準確的表達應該是jump on the bandwagon。
例：I always told my children not to jump on the bandwagon in fashion.
我常告訴孩子不必在服裝上跟風。
此外，它還可以表示另外一種意思，就是“搭上…的快車，隨大流”。
例：As more businesses jump on the GREEN bandwagon, salespeople will be asked to carry this message to customers and prospects.
隨着越來越多企業跳上綠色環保這趟快車，銷售員會被要求向客戶和潛在客戶傳達企業的環保信息。
