1.一般性的回答

2.請對方再等一會兒
Just a moment, please. 請稍等。
Thank you for waiting. 您久等了，先生。
I am very sorry to have kept you waiting. 很抱歉讓您久等了。
Could you wait a little longer, please? 請您稍候好嗎?
3.要麻煩客人或是拒絕客人的要求時
拒絕客人時，不要一口回絕說"No."，要委婉一些。
