第一句：I believe ABC would offer me a standard rate of pay based on my experience and education background.

A: Could you tell me your salary expectations?

能說一下你期望的薪水是多少嗎？

B: My present salary is 50,000 yearly. I believe ABC would offer me a standard rate of pay based on my experience and education background.

我現在的年薪是50000元。我相信ABC會有一個同我的經驗和教育背景相當的薪資標準。

第二句：I'm quite willing to follow rules here.

我非常樂意遵從這裏的規定。

A: We offer low pays on a trial basis.

試用期間的薪水會略低。

B: It’s not a problem. I’m quite willing to follow rules you have here.

沒問題。我非常樂意遵從這裏的規矩。

知識擴展：

1. 大型企業都會有一套完善的薪資標準體系，根據個人的經驗和教育背景制定薪水等級，被問到薪資期望時不乏把皮球踢回去的現象哦：

I’m hoping for an appropriate pay according to my ability.

我希望能夠根據我的個人能力給我一個適合的薪資。

I expect salary closely related to the importance of the job.

我希望薪水和工作的重要程度密切相關。

2. 每個公司都會有試用期，薪水根據員工的工作年限和經驗而有所不同，對於初入職場的菜鳥來說，即使工資略低也可以給自己一個學習的機會，試用期滿，老闆會根據你的表現調整薪水。
