佣金( Commission)是指賣方或買方付給中間商代理買賣或介紹交易的服務酬金。此佣金可以由賣方支付,也可以由買方支付。[qh]
凡價格中含有佣金的稱爲“含傭價”。佣金有“明傭”和“暗傭”兩種。凡在商品的價格中明確佣金百分比或絕對數的,稱作“明傭”。[qh]
如果不標明佣金的百分比或絕對數,甚至連“佣金”的字樣都不表示出來,且有關佣金問題由雙方另行約定,這種做法稱爲“暗傭”。[qh]
1.明傭的表示方法[qh]
①用文字來表示:[qh]

②用絕對數來表示:[qh]
Commission US$6 per M/T(每公噸佣金6美元)[qh]
③在貿易術語中加註“C”( Commission)和佣金率來表示:[qh]
FOB C 5% London(FOB倫敦,佣金5%)[qh]
2.暗傭的表示方法[qh]
雙方可就具體內容簽訂“付傭協議”或“代理協議”加以規定。[qh]
3.佣金的計算方法[qh]
佣金一般是按交易金額的百分比計算,也可按成交的數量來計算,其計算公式爲:[qh]
佣金=含傭價×佣金率[qh]
含傭價=淨價+佣金[qh]
淨價=含傭價一佣金=含傭價×(1-佣金率)[qh]
4.佣金的支付方法[qh]
一種方式是中間代理商直接從貨款中扣除,另一種方式是由賣方收到貨款後按雙方約定的佣金比率,另行支付給中間商。[qh]
