10. We regret we have to decline your offer.
抱歉,我們不得不拒絕你方報盤。
還能這樣說:
We are sorry that we have to reject your offer.
We regret that we cannot accept your offer.
應用解析:
decline指較正式地,有禮貌地謝絕;
reject指以否定、敵對的態度而當面拒絕;
refuse系普通用語,指堅決、果斷或坦率地拒絕。

11. I'm afraid the offer is unacceptable.
恐怕你方的報價不能接受。
還能這樣說:
I am afraid that we can't accept your offer.
Your offer is beyond our acceptance.


12. It must be rather difficult for us to push any sales if we buy it at this price.
如果我們按這個價格購買,將很難推銷。
還能這樣說:
We have difficulty in selling the goods if we buy them at this price.
This buying price will put us in trouble to push any sales.

應用解析:
point at 瞄準;
at the point of a sword 以死威脅某人,用劍加害某人;
beside the point 離題的,不相干的;
carry one's point 說服別人接受某人的論點
