On Angust 9th, in a spa at Turkey's Anatolian plateau KangAl, patients with skin diseases are receiving water treatment. It is said that hot springs with minerals can treat skin diseases. Also ,there are small fish in the spa, which would eat the ill skin.

治療時，先讓患者泡溫泉浴，待把面板泡軟後，一種學名為“Garra rufa obtusa”小魚可以將患病的面板組織吃掉。

而富含礦物質硒的泉水，則有利於患者的傷口癒合。

坎加爾的溫泉的這一特點最早是附近村子裡的人在19世紀初注意到的。1900年，人們在那裡建了溫泉浴池，1963年開始對外開放。
This kind of hot spring spa can be dated back to the 19th century, when the first spa was built and it was opened to the public in 1963.
