美國近2億選民個人資訊被"公開" 疑因資料庫洩露
An independent computer security researcher uncovered a database of information on 191 million voters that is exposed on the open Internet due to an incorrectly configured database.
一名獨立電腦保安研究人員發現，一個儲存了1.91億名美國選民資訊的資料庫因為沒有正確配置而在開放網際網路上遭到公開。The database includes names, addresses, birth dates, party affiliations, phone numbers and emails of voters in all 50 US states and Washington, Chris Vickery, a tech support specialist from Austin, Texas said.

Vickery said he has not been able to identify who controls the database, but that he is working with US federal authorities to find the owner so they can remove it from public view.

"I want our society to respect privacy more," he said. "We need serious referendum on the way private data is handled."
