see/notice/look at/watch/observe/listen to/hear/feel(Vt)/taste(Vt)/smell(Vt)
be/get/become/feel/look/sound/smell/taste/keep/stay/seem/ appear/grow/turn/prove/remain/go/run
These flowers smell very sweet.
The tomatoes feel very soft.
Her idea sounds like fun.
例如:She smelt the meat.
I felt in my pocket for cigarettes.
The air in the room smells of earth.
May I have a taste of the mooncakes?
I don’t like the taste of the garlic.
She dresses in poor taste.
The place has a European look.
例:My watch is expensive.
6、其中look, sound, feel還能構成"look / sound / feel + as if +從句"結構,意為"看起來/聽起來/感覺好像……"。
例如:It looks as if our class is going to win.
see, watch, observe, notice, look at, hear, listen to, smell, taste, feel + do
I saw him work in the garden yesterday.
I saw him working in the garden yesterday.
如何區別look, see, watch:
從表達習慣上看:看戲、看電影、看話劇、看演出等通常用動詞see (有時也可用watch,但不如用 see 常見);
I didn’t notice what he said.
Notice what he says.
She was wearing a new dress, but he didn’t even notice (it).
Did you notice her leave [leaving] the house?
She noticed the man look [looking] at her a couple of times.
I noticed her to have come early.
Don’t take any notice of what he says.
His writings brought him into public notice.
A notice at the end of the road warns people not to go any further.
He gave me very short notice of his visit.
Can you be ready at 5 minutes’ notice?
The doctor came at short notice.
The office is closed until further notice.
Everyone observed him leave [leaving] the room.
I observed her enter [entering] the bank at 9:30.
She was observed to enter the bank at 9:30.
I observed that several students were asleep.
