For me engaging in an activity in person and having the first-hand experience leaves a much deeper and lasting impression than what one can get simply from reading or listening. There is little correlation between favorable circumstances and happiness. The absence of problems, which is actually impossible in our lives as long we have got something to pursue, is beyond doubt a lucky circumstance for one to notch up success and find happiness. But in the meantime, it also means that one encounters no challenge and thus achieves little happiness, for the bigger a challenge, the greater happiness in overcoming it. Deep happiness only comes after you have overcome difficult problems. For instance, people who stop at the foot of a mountain can never experience the happiness of those who conquer the mountain top.
Happiness is only a by-product of success in dealing with problems. We should bear in mind that problems are never absent and what we can do is to develop our ability to solve them. The higher our ability to combat problems, the greater happiness we are likely to experience.

Since 1990, China has witnessed a great change in the ownership of houses. The rise and fall can be accounted for by a couple of factors. In my opinion, owning a house is also an excellent investment for an individual. With the population rising as quickly as it is, it is a very good idea to become a property owner. In the forthcoming years, land will be increasingly expensive, and therefore less attainable. Furthermore, if one buys a house, it is likely that he or she will be able to sell it at a reasonable profit in the future. Accordingly, the increase in house ownership is acceptable for both the authority and individuals, which should be encouraged.
