It's probably going to come down to the final minutes.

A nail-biter is something that causes stressor make you feel nervous.

nail-biter（咬手指甲的人）是指給人壓力的事情或者使人感到緊張。

Many people who are nervous do actually bite their nails, which is where this expression comes from.

許多處於緊張狀態的人，實際上都會咬指甲，這就是這個表達的來源。

In our example, Jonathan guessed that the soccer game would be a nail-biter, and that no one would know who would win until the final moments of the game.

在我們的例子中，Jonathan猜測這場足球比賽會使人緊張不已，沒有人知道哪支球隊會獲勝，直到最後一秒才能知道結局。
