China's State Council has issued a set of guidelines on carrying out the patriotic public health campaign in a deep-going way. The document calls for efforts to summarize and publicize the country's successful experience in COVID-19 prevention and control, strengthen the application of big data, effectively prevent and control infectious and chronic diseases, and improve people's health, so as to lay solid foundations for building a healthy China.
國務院近日印發《關於深入開展愛國衛生運動的意見》。《意見》要求總結推廣新冠肺炎疫情防控中的有效經驗做法，強化大數據應用，有效防控傳染病和慢性病，提高全民健康水平，爲實現健康中國目標奠定堅實基礎。

Efforts should be made to improve both the mechanism for preventing and controlling major epidemics and the public health emergency response and management system, and to carry out extensive patriotic health campaigns.
要完善重大疫情防控體制機制，健全公共衛生應急管理體系，深入開展愛國衛生運動。
