The trouble is, as soon as you’ve been given a clean bill of health you’re back at your desk, facing the same situation that led to depression and compulsive behavior problems in the first place.

2【結構分析】
本句的最大難點是容易將逗號之間看成是插入語。逗號前是is, 後面是facing，如果是插入語的話不可以將進行時態拆開，而是放置在主語the trouble和謂語is之間。主幹是一個主系表結構The trouble is facing the same situation。逗號結構中 as soon as引導時間狀語從句as soon as you’ve been given a clean bill of health，翻譯爲“一……就……”。you’re back at your desk是主句。關係代詞that引導的定語從句 that led to depression and compulsive behavior problems in the first place修飾先行詞the same situation。
