俄羅斯全球通緝尤科斯前掌門人

A Russian court has ordered the arrest of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, as the conflict between the Kremlin and the former oil tycoon flares up anew.

俄羅斯一法庭下令逮捕俄羅斯前石油大亨米哈伊爾霍多爾科夫斯基(Mikhail Khodorkovsky)，這表明俄羅斯政府與霍多爾科夫斯基之間的衝突再次爆發。

Once Russia’s richest man and the head of Yukos, the oil group, Mr Khodorkovsky spent 10 years in jail on what were widely seen as politically motivated fraud charges. President Vladimir Putin ordered his release on compassionate grounds two years ago.

霍多爾科夫斯基曾經是俄羅斯首富，掌管石油集團尤科斯(Yukos)，他因被廣泛視爲出於政治動機的欺詐指控被判10年監禁。兩年前俄羅斯總統弗拉基米爾渠京(Vladimir Putin)下令給予他特赦。

In recent months Mr Khodorkovsky has become increasingly outspoken in his criticism of Mr Putin, saying at an event in London that a “revolution” was “inevitable” in Russia.

最近幾個月，霍多爾科夫斯基在批評普京方面變得越來越直言不諱，他曾在倫敦的一個活動上表示，俄羅斯發生“革命”是“不可避免”的。

Earlier this month, the government’s Investigative Committee — Russia’s top criminal investigative body — accused Mr Khodorkovsky of organising the 1998 murder of Vladimir Petukhov, a mayor in Siberia, and the attempted murder of four other people.

本月早些時候，俄羅斯最高刑事調查機構——俄羅斯政府調查委員會(Investigative Committee)指控霍多爾科夫斯基曾在1998年策劃謀殺西伯利亞某市的市長弗拉基米爾槧﹏霍夫(Vladimir Petukhov)並企圖謀殺其他4人。

On Wednesday, Vladimir Markin, a spokesman for the committee, said that in connection with the case an international arrest warrant had been issued for Mr Khodorkovsky, who has been living in Switzerland and London since his release from jail.

該委員會發言人弗拉基米爾氠爾金(Vladimir Markin)週三表示，由於與此案有關，已向霍多爾科夫斯基發出全球逮捕令，霍多爾科夫斯基自獲釋以來一直生活在瑞士和倫敦。
