Singapore tops again

新加坡國立大學再度蟬聯榜首

The National University of Singapore retained top spot in the latest Asian University Rankings released by London-based higher education group Quacquarelli Symonds (QS).

倫敦高等教育研究機構QS公司近日公佈了最新亞洲大學排名調查，新加坡國立大學再度蟬聯榜首。

It is followed by the University of Hong Kong and Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology.

香港大學緊隨其後，第三名是韓國科學技術院。

Among the top 10, four are in Hong Kong.

香港共有4所大學進入前十名。

There are 25 Chinese mainland institutions in the top 100 and 16 have improved their position.

中國大陸今年共有25所大學進入亞洲百大名校，其中16所排名上升。

Peking University (7th) gains one position while Tsinghua University (11th) rises three places.

北京大學較上次上升1名，排名第7，清華大學則上升3名，排第11。

QS compares universities Asia on nine key performance indicators such as academic reputation, faculty/student ratio, citations per paper and papers per faculty.
