They say that when you die your life flashes before your eyes。 Will you seeany-thing other than a small black box in the corner of your room? What have youchanged in th world? What will you leave behind?

Or maybe you are surrounded by people all the time。duanwenw。 You are thecenter of attention and everybody loves you。 You go out with your friends, partying and having fun, but what about in the morning? You wake up with asevere headache and an upset stomach。 What about your death? Do you think it wastime to go?

You could be the exact opposite。 You may want pany, but for whatever reasonnot have it。 Maybe you’re scared or shy。 You go home, lock yourself in yourroom, and sink into anger。

Are you an adventurer? Will your love of adventure lead to your end? Youcan never be quite sure when your heart and spirit will be broken。 All youradventures will one day be forgotten and it will all have been for nothing。

Or maybe you played it safe your entire life。 You outlived all thoseothers, but what for? You never did anything great; you never made anything ofyourself。 You’re alone in all your security, but that worth it? You just took upspace on th earth。

They say that when you die, your life flashes before your eyes。 What willyou see?

To conquer our fears, we must go past them。

To fear is natural; to go past them is heroic。 Fear is a normal part oflife, symbolizing that there are new, extraordinary things to e across and face。To be able to see these things before they happen is a sign of wisdom。 Fear isnothing out of the ordinary。 To admit that we are fearing is to prove that wevalue our life。

And men should pay attention to the call of fears。 To truly be a leader orsomeone who is heroic and brave, we should focus on getting past these fears。And it is frightful for people to go through life ignoring fears, because theymay often forget their heart and step into life without responsibility。

To be born is to live。 To live is to fear。 To fear is to be challenged。 Toaccept our fears is to be mature。 It needs bravery, maturity and vitality toface our fears, accept the challenges and hope for the best。

Dear I, Where Are You?

Everything about my future was ambiguously assumed。 I would get into debtby going to college, then I would be forced to get a job to pay off that debt, while still getting into more and more debt by buying a house and a car。 Itseemed like a never-ending cycle that had no place for the possibility of adream。

I want more—but not necessarily in the material sense of personal wealthand success。 I want more out of life。 I want a passion, a conceptual dream thatwouldn’t let me sleep out of pure excitement。 I want to spring out of bed in themorning, rain or shine, and have that zest for life that seemed so intrinsic inearly childhood。

We all have a dream。 It might be explicitly defined or just a vague idea, but most of us are so stuck in the muck of insecurity and self-doubt that wejust dismiss it as unrealistic or too difficult to pursue。

We bee so fortable with the life that has been planned out for us by ourparents, teachers, traditions, and societal norms that we feel that it’s stupidand unsafe to risk losing it for the small hope of achieving something that ismore fulfilling。

“The policy of being too cautious is the greatest risk of all。” ~JawaharlalNehru

Taking a risk is still a risk。 We can, and will, fail。 Possibly many, many, many times。 But that is what makes it exciting for me。 That uncertainty can beviewed negatively, or it can empower us。

Failing is what makes us grow, it makes us stronger and more resilient tothe aspects of life we have no control over。 The fear of failure, although, iswhat makes us stagnant and sad。 So even though I couldn’t see the future asclearly as before, I took the plunge in hopes that in the depths of fear andfailure, I would e out feeling more alive than ever before。

If you feel lost, just take a deep breath and realize that being lost canbe turning point of finding out who you truly are, and what you truly want todo。

Every day of your life, it is important to take the time to “smell theroses” ― to appreciate the experiences that lead to happiness。 This is part ofbeing truly happy。

Happiness is a state of mind。 It starts with accepting where you are, knowing where you are going and planning to enjoy every moment along the way。You know how to be happy, and feel that you have enough time or money or love orwhatever you need to achieve your goals。 And just feeling that you have enoughof everything means that you do indeed have enough。

You have to choose to be happy, and focus upon being happy, in order to behappy。 If you instead focus upon knowing that you will be happy if you achievesomething, you will never be happy, as you have not learned to “smell theroses”。 The irony is that when you are happy, you are inevitably moreproductive, and far more likely to achieve what everything-seekers areseeking。

Some people go through life standing at the excuse counter.

They say they’d like to do this or that, but then they offer all theexcuses in the world for why they can’t do whatever it is. No matter what theexcuses are, the only thing that is usually limiting them is their ownself-perception.

If I’ve learned anything, I’ve learned that a person —any person —may doanything they set their mind on doing. The things you need are willingness towork for what you want, patience to learn what you need to know and, mostimportant of all, belief in yourself. You only need a seed, and then your faithin yourself will grow with you as you move forward.

If your self-perception is that you can’t accomplish something becauseyou’re not smart enough, then take the time to learn what you need to know, andthen your self-perception will change.

If your self-perception is that you can’t accomplish something because younever finish anything you start, then go and finish something and change yourself- perception.

If your self-perception is that you’re too lazy, too busy, too unworthy, too unfocused, too depressed, or too dependent on others to accomplish greatthings, then you’re right. You are that because you believe you are, but infact, you can change that! Life is change, and the past doesn’t equal thefuture. Your reality today is the result of your past beliefs and ge your beliefs and actions, and you will change your future. Whether youthink you can or you can’t, you’re right. You are what you think.

Think about that the next time you need an excuse.
