“砍價”用英語怎麼說？

國外經常會有很多二手市場，能用最實惠的價格淘到不錯的寶貝。這種時候，砍價就必不可少啦~

那麼在英語裏，“砍價”應該怎麼表達呢？難道是the price is too expensive？

在這裏得說明一下，expensive[ɪkˈspensɪv]雖然是“昂貴的”的意思，但只能用來形容物品，而不能用來形容價格。同樣，cheap[tʃiːp]（便宜的）也是這個道理。

如果要形容價格，一般只有高低之分，也就是the price is high/low。前面還可以加上too/really這樣的副詞，來加深程度。

例：The price is too high. Could you come down a little ?

這個價格太高了。能降低一點嗎？

此外，還有一些表達也可以用來砍價，比如：The price is beyond my budget.（價格超出我的預算了。）Could you make it cheaper? （能不能便宜一點？）
