Authorization

Authorization作名詞意爲“授權；批准；委託”，同近義詞有permission，legal document，commission。Authorization常見的習慣用語有access authorization訪問授權、procurement authorization採購授權書、act of authorization授權行爲、letter of authorization授權/委託證書、written authorization書面授權、oral authorization口頭授權。

在職場管理方面，授權一般有口頭授權（oral authorization）、書面授權（written authorization），是指領導將某項工作或某一方面的權力和責任口頭或書面授予下屬。

口頭授權多屬臨時性授權（temporary authorization）或隨機性授權。口頭授權不如書面授權邏輯性強，表達全面，對接收人理解力要求較高；口頭授權沒有痕跡保留，只能在授權當時進行領悟，事後無法再次領悟，對接收人記憶力要求很高。
