I’m not a regular cinema-goer, I prefer the comfort and convenience of watching Movies in my own home, where I can download them and view them on my TV. However, occasionally there is a film that I feel I must watch on the big screen, the most recent of which was Transformers 4: Age of Extinction.

It’s the newest film in the Transformers franchise, which is based on old toys that were made in the ‘80s. They tell the story of massive robots that can transform into different machines, like tanks or fire trucks, and fight battles on Earth. In this instalment, evil robots that look like dinosaurs, called Dinobots, battle it out against the good robots, called Autobots.

The film was released in the summer of 2014, the time of the year when a lot of big blockbusters are brought out because it’s the school holidays, so they can make more money. I chose to watch the film in a 3D IMAX cinema. Nothing beats the experience of seeing a big budget movie on a huge screen, with the characters popping out at you. The sound system at the cinema is also amazing, with surround sound making you feel like you’re in the centre of the action.

Although the story wasn’t all that great, I loved the action sequences and the special effects. Some of the film was also shot in China and the Chinese actress Li BingBing made an appearance, so even though it was a Hollywood movie, I could relate to it more easily.

My favorite movie is Zootopia(瘋狂動物城) ,which is a 3D animated cartoon produced by Walt Disney pictures. I watched it with my best friend in thecinema in March this year when it was on show in China. It is a story about that in a city where all animals live in harmony ,the rabbit Judy became a policewoman through her own efforts , realizing her dream in childhood.

The reason that I like this movie is that the Bonnie Judy tried her best to become a cop even if everyone thought it was ridiculous and impossible. Miss Judy ,however, finally made it brilliantly and perfectly. The way that she became a cop went through ups and downs(經歷人生起起伏伏),she also almost gave up in the duration. But her friend Mr. Fox pulled her through (渡過難關) I feel that when someone is suffering his or her tough time , it is really important he or she could be supported by their friends or families who just like life savers at that time. Moreover ,I was deeply moved by the theme song named Try Everything ,which is really positive and awesome and it can cheer me up when I come to a standstill ( 停滯不前 ) or in a trouble. "I won't give up no I won't give in. Till I reach the end and then I'll start again. NO I won't leave I wanna try everything I wanna try even though I could fail " The lyrics encourage me to be more brave and confident when facing difficulties. So that is my favorite movie, which is determined to fulfill my aspirations ,extremely impressive and touching.

一、表述長答案的能力。

我們的答案要長，就要在答案裏包括豐富的信息。簡單舉例，考官問“Are you working or studying?”好印象的回答必定長於“I'm studying/working。”。長答案不僅顯出咱們的語言能力，也表達出我們願意提供信息的積極態度，同時更彰顯出我們的自信——只有英語好才能用英語“誇誇其談”不是?所以，回答問題一定要長。

剛纔那道必考題的回答可以參考 a。)“I'm studying, in a very beautiful school which is famous for its excellent ciriculum for accounting majors。”b。)“I'm a senior high of one of top 5 high schools in SH/BJ/GZ, but my heavy workload really puts me under quite much pressure。”或者 a。)“I work as a clerk in the largest private bank in my country。” b。)“I'm a secrectory for a large joint venture. The company is really good, but my routine bords me somehow。”請注意回答的內容褒貶皆可，只要用詞造句到位，第一時間內就可以讓考官眼前一亮!

二、回答的輕鬆自如程度。

我們的回答不僅內容要長，還要方式輕鬆。最好答案如涓涓流水般汩汩涌出，自然而流暢。這怎麼體現呢?通過第三條，有限停頓和第四條，語速適中來表達。有些烤鴨們可能會奇怪，怎麼還“有限停頓”呢，應該沒有停頓纔對吧?考慮一下我們真實生活中的狀況，只要我們是在自然說話就必然會有停頓，因爲我們腦袋裏的思考和嘴巴上講述基本是同時進行的，當我們腦袋跟不上嘴巴的時候，我們就會有停頓，非常自然的一種狀況。由此可以推出，假如一個人長篇大論了很久都沒有一個停頓，實在是相當不自然的一件事。所有不自然的事都會讓考官產生疑惑，考官的所有疑惑都會影響我們的分數，所以請允許自己停頓，只是我們要關注停頓的數量和方式。

三、停頓的數量和方式。

數量必須有限。坊間曾有一個說法流傳，說明顯的長停頓超過5個的話，其它方面再好，最高也只能拿到6分。由於是坊間流傳，依據和真實性自然無法考證，但還好有雅思最基本的一條原則可以參考——只要不影響交流。所以，這裏和大家分享一條我和我的學生一直介紹的方法，以供參考。將自己的答案錄下來，或者講給朋友同學同伴聽，看看停頓有沒有明顯stand out，聽完之後回想一下剛剛聽到的答案中“呃呃哎哎”的停頓或是“悄無聲息”的沉默是不是印象最深的，如果是的話，說明咱們的停頓將會嚴重拉低分數，否則的話，數量還不成問題。

方式必須自然。但這“自然”是讓考官聽起來舒服的自然，而非我們說起來的自然。能讓考官耳朵覺得自然的停頓不會引起考官耳朵的不快，自然也就不會導致考官提筆記下停頓的出沒，也就減少了它們影響我們分數的可能。因此，即使咱們實在無法減少停頓，我們也可以通過“自然停頓”的方式有效地控制停頓的影響力。一些常見的自然停頓：well, so, you know, it's like.。.呵呵，不得不指出的是，這些自然停頓確實需要大量練習才能真正練到自然的哦!

四、語速。

停頓和語速是流利度的兩大方面。語速宜快不宜慢，上限到咱們的嘴能拌得過來，下限到說完一個20字左右的句子不超過10秒鐘，太慢了影響信息表達量。這裏有個小測試以供參考，3-5秒完成下面這句話語速理想;5-7秒中等;7-9秒慢速。

五、使用語言標記，顯示出色的相關性。

這裏提到了三種語言標記，discorse markers(firstsecondthird.。.)， linking phrases(on the other handfrom the above statment.。.)， connectives (andbutbefore.。.)。這三種語言標記都是英語爲母語的人士經常使用的，國內大多數烤鴨用得最多最自然的就是最後一種了，並列句、轉折句不在話下啊!但是語義羣之間的過渡連接就沒有這麼流暢了，原因是我們和西方人在邏輯和邏輯表達方面比較明顯的差異。具體差異不在這裏贅述了，就請各位烤鴨們習慣起“條條框框”來，咱們一起來做個說話的“理性人”吧。

六、自我糾錯的數量。

自己發現自己犯了錯，改不改?有些人主張不改，說多說點說快點矇混就過關了。這明顯是掩耳盜鈴啊!各位筒子們想象下，換過咱們自己坐在那個幽靜的面試室裏，聽一個又一個洋人操着各種程度各種口音的中文回答我們的問題，他們的語言錯誤會不會被我們漏聽呢?再想一下，一個洋考生說了個口誤，他有些窘迫，馬上改成正確的了，另一個洋考生也犯了個差不多的錯誤，但是沒有任何表示，繼續說了下去，你會認爲哪個考生的中文能力更強一些呢?

當我們站在考官的立場上考慮過之後，我們就很容易地明白自我糾錯是表明我們良好語言能力的閃亮標記之一。假如我們在考試室裏即使再緊張也能夠意識到自己的錯誤，並及時改正，這就是用實際行動在告訴考官我們是英語語言的使用者，我們的能力相當優秀!

當然，凡事都有度的問題，不過大多數烤鴨們在考試室裏都很難放鬆到不斷意識到自己的錯誤，所以放心大膽地去改正自己的錯誤吧。It'll do you good!
