【1】Shame on someone
用於說某人應該爲自己的所作所爲感到慚愧，內疚
Shame on you. How could you speak to her like that? She's your friend and she cares about you.
你真應該爲自己感到羞愧。你怎麼能那樣跟她說話呢？她是你的朋友，而且她很關心你。

【2】What a shame
好可惜
Hardly anyone came. We bought All this stuff for nothing. What a shame we have to waste all this food.
