【用法透視】
"Whether... or not"除了可以表示“是否”之意，還可以引導讓步狀語從句，表示“不管是否……”。
【支持範例】
1. We'll go on with the work, whether we can find the necessary tools or not.
我們會繼續這件工作不管能否找到必須的工具。
2. I show everything on my face, whether I am angry or pleased.
