Hi, I’m Abidemi and I’m Nigerian. The question is “Does your country have a close rival?”.
I don’t believe that Nigeria has a close rival. My country is the largest country in terms of population in Africa and it also enjoys one of the strongest economies in the region. I believe as a result of this, Nigeria does not consider that it has any close rivals.
However, economies of countries such as Ghana, which is also in West Africa and Rwanda in East Africa and specially South Africa are growing very rapidly as well. I think that if Nigeria considered as close rivals than maybe Nigeria would aim higher and there’ll be a quicker economic development in our country and that this would actually be a good thing for us.
